I’ve been going to Mimi’s Nails for many years and thought it was about time I gave a review. The owners are kind and work hard at satisfying all their customers. Nothing is ever a problem they will do what you ask and they do it very well . I’ve never been disappointed. Always able to squeeze me in when I need it. Their pricing is great, and their service is excellent. Thank goodness we have this small business in Caledon East. We should all be thankful and support these businesses. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Just went there today with my friend, not happy. I wanted to get white nails with some nice blue lines. I showed the guy the picture and he started painting it black. They were blue, he insisted the lines in the picture was black. She filed my nails so much when it wasn’t necessary and she was told not to, my nails are sore. The nail polish wasn’t even painted on properly it looks like they’ve grown off and it looks unprofessional and like I did it myself. After my hands were full of paint and dust from the nail filing. At a typical salon my hands would’ve been cleaned properly without polish on my hands. The shellac on my hands hasn’t even been touched and it already peeled off. My friend wanted a very SIMPLE and UNDERSTANDABLE design. She wanted light yellow nails and a smiley face on the thumb. They gave her blue nails and a bad smiley face instead, made a mess of her hands and kept making comments about her nails being short. Her nails look like a complete mess. They are not very skilled and not a huge variety of polish, the polish she used on my nails was crusty and almost dried out. My friend and I have seen better. Other salons can do my nails and friends nails without making it look like a mess. I felt unsafe too because they didn’t wear their masks properly. Painting and detailing job sucks, Save your money and go somewhere else. My nails were filed down so much it hurts and they aren’t shaped right, they’re crooked. Not gentle, they held my fingers so tight.
