Under the guise of White Wolf Dog Training- Oz defrauded us of $700+. What a nightmare experience, we were taken advantage of during a horrible time with our new dog. Took the money and after the first visit- ( which made our dog worse) dropped off the face of the planet. Watch out Oshawa and Bradford !

UPDATE: It's been an ongoing battle back and forth with Oz, from emails to text messages but we finally received a small portion of a refund. I'm still not pleased with the small amount we received back but at least it's something. I rarely ever review companies but in this case I feel it is necessary. Like the majority of the comments below, my husband and I were also ripped off by this "Oz" fellow. We paid close to $600 for 5 sessions. We ended up having 2 of the 5 sessions but it was not easy to schedule these sessions as Oz kept trying to reschedule every time. There was always an excuse as to why he couldn't make it whether it was him being bit by another dog he was training, a car accident etc etc. Eventually I decided to ask for a refund as it was over a month since our last session and felt that this truly was a scam. When Oz did show up he made you feel like it was going to be promising but unfortunately not. Now, like everyone else, we are out the remaining money for the sessions we did not receive. I've sent multiple emails with no response. I was suppose to see a "refund agreement" through email and that was weeks ago. I've seen nothing and he has now stopped communicating with me. Awful. Please save yourself the time and money and find a different trainer...this guy is unfortunately, not the real deal.

I was ripped off for $600. I've been promised refunds none stop. I have all the email correspondence if anyone would like proof. This is a scam. I never even had 1 training session. The trainer Oz had forgotten his safety gear, or 2 times he cancelled because he was bitten! I've been told that they have initiated refunds over and over and nothing happens. They lie DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

When I first adopted my dog Julie, she was all friendly and sweet until the day she lost her young cute puppy to a car accident. It happened right in front of her and it was really a bitter scene. She couldn’t stop barking angrily throughout that whole day and it was really disheartening because there was literally nothing I didn’t do in trying to pacify her. And as the day went by, she wasn’t getting any better but instead worse. My Julie started chewing through the walls and any other thing or place she pleases, so she got herself an infamous title in the neighborhood as “the bad dog on the block” and everyone began to run from her. Julie no longer want to take morning or evening walks with me, she detested the streets and stopped being social. She started isolating herself and wouldn’t come for her food even when she is starving, she got separation issues and it broke my heart a lot. So I went online and narrated my problem and someone suggested I try the White Wolf Dog Training, saying they also helped his dog who was having similar problems as mine. And so I did and from that day henceforth, I am forever grateful to them for helping my dog retrace her steps to her old sweet ways, now Julie is a dog everyone looks forward to meet. Their services were as professional as described it is worth every penny you spend!

I have to say that I was impressed with the quality of training offered from White Wolf Dog Training. They did an amazing job as they provided great customer service and were very helpful every step of the way. My senior dog has been stubborn and disobedient and you never really think that an old dog can do a new trick or change their ways. But I was wrong as this team of people have many years of experience training dogs basic commands and they also offer advanced training techniques such as helping with separation anxiety. They helped my senior dog change her ways of misbehaving and she is now obedient and the results were fantastic. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and I highly recommend hiring White Wolf Dog Training to do all the work for you. You will not be disappointed.
