Dirty, poor ventilation, questionable skill level of nail technician. She spent the majority of the hour filing my fingers instead of my nails, very irritating and painful. The nail polish was not true to colour as it appeared on the chip. The acrylic she was using came out of nondescript jars obviously poured out of larger containers, but have never been cleaned. It almost appeared as if there was mould growing underneath the lids. I’ve never left a salon with dirty pants and hands because there’s so much nail filings floating around. She put oil on my hands at the end and it was dripping off my fingers. So now I’m supposed to reach into my purse with sticky, oil dripping hands to grab my wallet to pay? No. So I had to wipe my hands on my pants, may as well they were already streaked white from nail filings. Never did I see anyone sanitizing chairs, brushes, or the UV light slots in between customers. I went once and will not be going back again.

The only reason I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the price and customer service isn’t the best. But they do have amazing service, they do they verify price with you so your not shocked in the end, they listen to your concerns and fix anything you don’t like. Nails are always top quality. It’s just crazy expensive. I went in to do a color change and have 1 nail fixed. Not a fill or anything. Just 1 nail fix and shellac color change and paid a whopping $56.00. I had my nails done at another salon and my nail broke very high up, for obvious reasons I didn’t want to go back there to get it fixed so I called Bliss. I asked the girl that answered if I can make an appointment for a nail fix and she pulled up my account and said but you haven’t had your nails done here since August. So I said yes I know I had them done somewhere else will you not fix it because it wasn’t done there? She then said well we might not have the colour so it’s going to be an extra fee for a colour change and just didn’t really make me feel all that welcome. Mind you, when I did go and they were great about it, it was just the initial phone call could’ve been much better.

I have been going to Bliss for many years my last manicure was far below my usual expectations. I went in to have my nails fixed as per their 10 day guarantee and when I showed the owner (Tim) which nails he only fixed half of them. During my appointment he was telling me that I need to give me husband another child as soon as possible so that he doesn’t have regrets like he does. He also told me that one client struggled to fit into the chairs they provide and would joke to her that he needs to have a special chair just for her because she’s so big. Then he followed that up with asking my plans to lose the baby weight since earlier I had told him I have a baby at home. This is not only extremely unprofessional but rude as well. I left there feeling horrible about myself and horrible for the other woman he was telling me about. While this used to be my go-to place it will no longer be where I get my nails done. EDIT: Tim, thank you for the reply below and the phone call with your heartfelt apology. I am glad to hear this is a learning experience and I appreciate and accept your apology.

Can honestly say the pedicure was best I have ever had. Brought my granddaughters and they quoted one price but added for more then one colour or pattern. That would of been fine except only told me at the end. It ended up costing significantly more. Felt nickel and dime. Not likely to return

This is the best nail place I’ve been to in a very long time. the service was great& I actually left liking my nails& didn’t feel disappointed with the final product. Also love that they have a 7 day guarantee on their nails!
