Just moved to the area and wanted to take my granddaughter for a Pedicure (hers was a great experience) Mine was bad from the time I chose my colour and got worse . The woman who worked on my feet did not look at me just pointed .She filled the basin with luke warmish water bordering on cold. I she trimmed my nails and cuticles and proceeded to put a cream on my legs the burned , I asked her to take it off as she could see my legs were red .I put my feet which were covered in cream in the tub , if the water was warm it would have helped to remove some I slipped a little and some water spilled on the ground she said something and pointed ( look what you have done ) . Then she got up went to the back brought out something black and put it on my leg , which burned me . It was a hot rock ! I jumped and the woman who was doing my granddaughter's pedicure looked at me in disbelief . I was told by the nice woman who worked on my granddaughter's feet to speak to the manager . I paid for this horrible experience.

This place has such high reviews that I’m beyond shocked by the results of my experience. The staff is very friendly and nice, but the work on my nails was so awful. Perhaps the manicurist was having an off day, but I’m extremely disappointed. I got shellac and my pointer finger has little craters in the polish, and the thumb looks like it was smudged. When I asked her to fix the thumb nail, she did from the looks of it, but then also forgot to add the shiny top coat. So not only is the thumb still not fixed, it’s a matte finish and doesn’t match the rest of my nails. I was also overcharged. The guy told me $53 plus tax (as showed on the board) but then charged me $65 after tax… with tax, it should have been no more than $59. I didn’t notice these issues until after I left, but I won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience! my mother and I just came here for a manicure & pedicure. I got the ombre and she got the french tip, and we are both so in love with how perfect it turned out! They were extremely professional & are very good value. We will be coming back :)
