I’ve been going here for over 6 years . I have always had the best service and even if I come without an appointment they try to accommodate me the best they can. The shellac colour variety is like one I’ve never seen . So many to choose from . The ladies here take such pride in their work. And the new renovation are so posh . Love it here !

I am upset in the service i had received the last time i went here. I asked for a mani pedi and although the pedicure went okay, their tools are not sterilized and not sanitized which i find absolutely gross and unhygienic. I asked to get my acrylics removed and the lady took out a fake nail to remove the acrylic on my nail. I had asked her if i can get some acetone so as to not go the more aggressive way and take my nail off by snapping it away with another fake nail she pulled out from her tray. When i asked for it, she asked me "oh you want acetone? okay fine" she then asked her coworker to grab acetone in a bowl. She seemed really bothered and annoyed that i had asked her to remove it the correct way which was via acetone. It was not 1 minute later when she asked me to remove my hand from the bowl and used a machine to remove the gel off my nail. We did this a few times and at the end when she said i was okay to go, i still felt the gel on my nail. it wasn't completely removed. I have added photos so that you can see the acrylic and gel wasn't removed fully. I was charged $5 for removal and it wasn't even done correctly. I am not happy with this place and i hope they learn to give their customers 1000% satisfaction with their services.
