Been going here for more than 10 years. Since I was in highschool, Now I am a mom and there was an accident on the road. I always book appointments with Sam, I was 7 mins late last month and the manager didn't even call me and gave my appointment away. Very BAD customer service from the lady at the front. All workers are very kind and proffesional except the lady at the front, very rude! Today I called to book for christmas and she said " I cant book you with sam anymore, but you can book with anyone else here" She is so rude. I have never received such bad service before. I only go to one lady because last time someone else did my nails and my shellac nail polish came off in 2 days. Last month I went in I was going to give a bad review but I wanted to stay positive and humble. I gave them another chance today and this is the service I get. The manager at the front desk is very rude, disrespectful, and doesn't care for her 11 year old customers. She made me cry and as I am very hurt, she never once said I will ask her again and get back to you.

I have been going to Amy Nails for 6+ years for my nails (hands and feet), waxing and eyelashes. I am always happy and satisfied with my experience. Not only is the owner, Lily, great but she has a great crew of women who are welcoming and talented! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a salon that takes pride in their customer service!
