I would not recommend this place to anyone. I got a shellac manicure, the colour was completely different then what I choose and when I asked her she said this is how it looks on regular nails. Then after she was done I realized little bumps on some of my nails and some spots missing nail polish, I didn't have time to get it re done so I just paid and left, two days later the shellac polish already started to chip, by the end of day three most of the nail polish was off. I don't know if they use cheap quality items or just don't know how to prep nails but I have never experienced this any where else and I have been getting the same shellac manicure at other places for the last 2 years which would easily last me two or more weeks.

Worst ever place, please do not go there. They tell you less price before service and after that charge you more money. And when you will ask about the words they gave you before, they are like that they never said or “no no no” blah blah blah” they are such liars about the prices. My nails started to shed off after 3 days. Nails were so thick and lumpy. Employees dont understand english even, huge communication barrier. Please do not go there, please!!!

I have been going to this nail salon for years. Pretty much since this location first opened up. I used to have one person that I normally go to but she longer works there. Which is fine. But I had no real reason to stay but wanted to because it was convenient and I was used to going there. My most recent experience was absolutely terrible. I had booked an appointment for two people for a Mani+Pedi but I never had an opportunity to have a service done that day. I waited more than one hour from my originally scheduled appointment. Initially I was told the wait would be about 35 mins. Even though I had an appointment, I was willing to wait that time. But more than hour? For a customer who has been loyal to you for almost a decade? Whom you know on a first name basis? Who had an appointment booked? That’s Ridiculous! I no longer wish to spend my hard earned money to this establishment. And to add, the quality of service has depleted significantly. It’s disappointing really.

I've been going here for years. I always get shellac manicure and never have an issue with damaged nails like I have with other places.
