The people were nice but prices a bit too high of a price point. I went to another nail shop after my experience here and I noticed that the other nail shop did better work on my nails ( shaping and cleaning). The three stars is basically for the experience that one time I went

I’m not one to complain, but I have to speak up today. I went to have my lashes done last week Sunday with Kim my lash tech that normally lashes me wasn’t well. I’ve had my lashes done numerous of times by Kim and the experience overall was ok because she’s always nice. One time in the past I had to go back because my lashes was extremely tight in the corner of my eyes. Kim was kind enough to fix it for me. I promise myself I’ll never return, but I like to give people a second chance. I wasn’t able to close my eyes without feeling pain it was horrible😩I called Kim a few days ago to let her know what I was experiencing but wasn’t able to speak to her. Her boss told me to take my strips off because maybe I’m having an allergic reaction to the glue or something imagine this after I already paid my money. The glue wasn’t the issue because my eyes wasn’t burning 🔥 or anything. The strips was just applied to tight that’s it. Anyway to cut a long story short I spoke with Kim a few minutes ago and told her what had happened she laughed when I told her that I waste my money because I had to remove them…. she said something about her using her products and her time which is understandable. I wasn’t calling for a refund or anything, all I wanted was for her to acknowledge her mistake and take responsibility for it!! Well I wouldn’t be returning ever again. Customer service should be key always Kim. Maybe this is the reason why you guy’s lost so much of your business.

This place is my second home , they are very friendly and polite, they are all great but Susan is my nail tech !

They tend to overbook themselves and your appointment turns into a 30 minute wait. The shaping and quality of acrylic is not worth the price. The regular polish seems old and the top coat starts to peel and get dull very quickly.

The staff is super nice but the person who did my nails made one crooked, the nail polish was messy at the ends and glued it in too far from the end of my nail. Their slipping off quicker and i paid an fee of 50 dollars with a tip but I’m fairly disappointed.
