This nail salon has made itself up, I go here to get my nails done by Alice is who is always amazing and beyond talented! I love my experience every time.

My first time here. I walk-in and requested for a regular pedicure. I was told to provide my contact info for COVID tracing, temp check, select my nail colour and wash my hands; I did what I was asked. After the service, I was ready to pay the $25.00 fee. I was told it was $45.00 as it was a shellac. I never requested for Shellac. I was then told that they do not have regular nail polish and everything is shellac now. Confused, I look at the wall and do see I selected the nail colour and code for regular not shellac selection. She raised her voice and said that she told me this prior to me starting. Completely false. Had I known, I would go somewhere else. I paid the fee, NO TIP and said I will never return. I know businesses are struggling but don't try to manipulate the customers. If they think $45.00 is going to get them far then good luck.

Horrible experience. They make up prices on the spot. It doesn't make sense, they talk over you, rude and unprofessional. This place used to be so good when it was a nice one nails, now not so much. I won't be returning. Rip off!!!
