I did a bio gel refill and literally the next day one of my nails lifted off completely and I went back for them to fix and I had to pay $5 despite them over charging for a bio refill and shellac in total spent like $110 for nails that weren’t even shaped properly and came off the next day. Also for them to fix I had to rebook and appointment just to fix one nail.First and last time coming here Response to Exclusive Nail: Firstly, despite everything you stated which is incorrect I came to you guys for a bio gel shellac refill that was grown out for over 4 weeks my refill service was with you guys and was not done properly literally after getting this done with you guys not only did my nail come off completely but the shellac also looked like water was settled underneath because of how poorly it was done not to mention that the shellac colour did not even last a week as the paint started to chip. Also I never had tips on the nail that was broken so that was incorrect.I’ve never had my nails done so poorly before where my nail comes off or the colour chips off within short period of time not even a week? If someone has a bad or negative experience they have the right to express about the service. And secondly when I called to come correct the issue you guys told me that you were booked and had to reschedule for another day and that was the next day that I had gotten it done by you guys. I notice you like to bully people who have a bad experience with you guys and your service which is not fair or professional because had you guys provided the correct and proper service negative or bad factual reviews wouldn’t be received. My experience was not good with you guys and nothing you say will improve my experience unless you guys work on improving your quality of work. Negative reviews should be taken as a lesson to better your work for improvements not to bully those who are speaking facts. Last and final response: you have so much time on your hands to be going back and forth with customers about their experience this super unprofessional and childish of you as a business owner. I will not take back what I said about being a bully because you are. This will be my final response regardless if you comment back. if google could give 0 star I would’ve given that instead . Hopefully anyone reading this can save their money and go else where.

Beautiful salon, clean & more spacious than most. Always happy with my nails. The ladies are friendly & skilled at Nails. Ive tried other salons & always go back to this one. Glow n Glam is right next door for those who need eyebrow threading & other services so it’s very convenient.

Didn’t even get as far as booking an appointment. Used the form on their website to make an inquiry and got a very curt reply back about calling them directly. If you don’t want people to make an inquiry on line maybe take down the option on your own website!!!
