Very very disappointed, the lady who did my nails was so rude and in such a rush. She offended me by saying things like I need to waxy face and when I did my pedicure she insisted I let her wax my legs as well. I asked for a simple french manicure on my own nails and it was done very poorly. I did not tip this place nor do I recommend it. Everyone here is our of touch and need to up their skill , they cater to a much older group versus the younger people. I'm not a picky person but a simple french tip shouldn't be that hard for a business who has been open for years. The nail clippers were sorry and looked very used. Once she used it one my she put it back in a drawer , very unsanitary place.all of my shellac chipped and peeled off the very next day. All my nails are different lengths and so is the tip of the French top.

I always get my nails done by Lee. She’s amazing. I usually get gel/shellac/almond shape and she always does a great job. Thank you so much Lee!

Firstly, it's rated 3.1 out of 5 for a reason. I personally would not go back again and the following is just details of my experience. I called prior to ask if they have Gel X gel tip extensions or a similar nail extension system - they said yes, about $50. Got a call about 5:05pm (I was running late) to check if I was still coming. Got there to the salon and I was seated right away, before my friend (who was there for mani&pedi shellac) which is nice for no waiting time if you call. Showed nail tech what my inspo was, clear nails with glitter. You can tell they were trying to figure out how to do it as they didn't have the right glitters to create, which fine, not all shops do, that's fine. I went with it. Secondly, man started prepping my nails, glued on clear glue tips my right hand and continued on my left, got distracted and glued on my middle, index, and thumb crooked. (I should've said something right there and then, but I figured they could just file it to look straight after). - This took like 15mins tops, very quick. As he was sanding down the tips to flush it against my nail bed, I got burned a few times with the nail drill, which shows he was rushing. Thirdly, another woman (possibly owner) told me it would be bio gel and with the glitter will be $60, again, no problem. Tech continued to prep my nail with dehydrator and primer, sliver glitter ombre from free edge to middle, minimal blending - see photos. Then threw on a glob of bio gel over top to cure. *The brand they use definitely burns a lot, if you have sensitive fingers, don't do this.* There was no further shaping of the nail itself, no apex-needed regardless if it's acrylic or gel, completely flat and thin, see photo. Fourth and last, the whole time it took for these nails to be completed, was about an hour. Which shows you the effort and attention they give you. After payment, the edges were not all smooth, three left finger nails were crooked, looks great from afar. They definitely need more practice and care with bio gel extensions and understanding what Gel X extensions are. Would only recommend for simple mani/pedi appointments.

Very safety conscious. The techs do a good job.
