Worst!! I would give zero stars to this place. Horrendous customer service. Never ever go to Kim and Betty.Rather than owning up to their mistakes, All they care about is getting the money. I did not do shellac, the lady did her job so poor, I can’t even describe in words. She was taking off the nail paint over and over again as she kept missing it. It was the quickest pedicure ever. Cleaning was done in less than 10 minutes. She rolled eyes just because I asked to fix the nails. She was in a rush to grab another customer so I guess I was not worth their time. Here is the final touch they have given.

Worst service ever, unprofessional and overpriced. Highly recommend you to not go there. I had very bad experience and disappointed from their service.

I had to get my nails done for a wedding and the staff were all super nice and the results were just what I wanted. Pay them a visit if you want great nails for a great price.

Not happy with shellac nail. They offer 2 weeks guarantee but it came off next day. Not worth paying $45 for these nails.

Peter did my nails and I absolutely love them! He’s my go to guy for whenever I need my nails done! He’s able to do any design I ask him for!
