I go to Coco all the time! Becky is awesome and always does a great job. I’m always pleased with how my nails turn out!! The whole staff is so friendly and the place itself is very clean. They always make an effort to make sure you are comfortable. They are usually playing movies on the televisions there for entertainment during your appointment and there’s tons of options for nail colours and designs. I highly recommend coming here! Looking forward to booking my next appointment. 😊

I recently booked an appointment at Coco Nails and Spa for their Bio gel Extensions and Overlay, reviews stating that their nail technicians are accommodating to your needs and offer excellent work. I went into my appointment excited and left extremely disappointed. Once I arrived at my appointment, I was told the bio gel extension would take "too much time" and "is no longer in".. Instead I had to settle for acrylic extensions which is nothing what I wanted and I travelled 25+minutes to receive this bio gel as no one near my home offers the bio gel extensions. My cuticles were cut to the point where they were bleeding and they still proceeded to push and cut the remaining.. two of my fingers are currently in band aids as they filed down the sides way too rough and caused the skin to split. I came home in tears and used polysporin as a moisturiser.. Not only did they not perform the Bio gel nail extension that was promised by the receptionist but they stated that the acrylic nail extension would be the same price, $45-50. However, I left paying $70+ !! Its overly priced and definitely not worth going. I will definitely be taking my business else where.

Went to Coco Nails twice, have had a very poor experience both times, the staff is very uncoordinated & show attitude and tell different prices at the time of the design shown and then towards the end start to add a couple $$ here and there. The nails come out nice initially but then literally in the matter off a week it will be chipped or broken, would definitely not recommend this place if you like getting your nails done often and certainly not Wendy!

I and my wife had taken their pedicure services. We were very satisfied and happy with the services. Very clean and professional environment.
