Love her work. All her staff is very polite and welcoming. They listen to you and get the job done. Although it’s always very busy but there’s so quick and the wait time is never too long unless like other nail saloons.

Have been going to this place for years for convenience, not service. Went in for a pedi and was told the wait would be 15 mins but it was 1.5 hours long and still no sign of anyone being available. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

I had stopped going to this shop due to the owner's Jenny blatant discriminating attitude towards me but went in there this past Friday November 19th due my regular shop being busy. My worst experience ever! I accidentally stepped on one of the nail machines, and Jenny literally screamed at me...take your foot off the machine!! i was so scared, shocked and horrified at the same time! I mentioned it to the two workers near me and they agreed that she is rude!! NEVER, EVER GOING BACK TO THIS SHOP!!!

I just finished getting a shellac pedicure today with my friend and her mom. Both of the estheticians for them did an amazing job without them having to say anything especially my friend’s (her esthetician went in scrubbing and gave her new feet lol). The girl who was my esthetician did everything half heartedly. I had to ask her to take off more dead skin and she didn’t scrub as much as the other girls who were helping our party. She also then proceeded to file my toes with one coat of shellac and proceeded to mess up the entire nail which she just wiped off with a tissue and then reapplied even though the base coat was gone as well. A couple of other toes were done unevenly and whereas the other girls had massaged my friend and her mom, she literally just put lotion and oil on my feet and legs and called it a day lol. For me, it was subpar service and not worth the money I paid or tip I gave her. I’m glad the other two estheticians were so thorough and nice though.
