This place completely changed. The salon is new & the location has a different name. They have new workers and the place is nicely renovated. I got my nails and eyebrows done. They did a great job and I will be going back!

Been there 3-4 times now and really liked all the services I’ve gotten. I don’t know her name but she has short hair and always kills it when I request for a specific nail art. Nails lasts long too. I always do the 40-50 min drive just to go there.

Always a great experience. I got a pedicure and it was a great, relaxing experience. Everything was clean. Social distancing measures were in effect. Sign in, sanitize temperature taken and face mask required. Will be back again!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I would never go here again. If i could give less than 1 start I would. Cheap nail polish and materials used. The place is also not cheaper than others to reflect cheaper polish. My friend and I got our nails done here four days ago and two days after they had started bubbling underneath the topcoat. All 10 nails bubbled (on both mine and my friends nails). I called to explain and ask why and they told me to come in the next day. When I went in, one lady came to me and said $7 to remove the polish. I explained the situation and that I had been told to come in for it to be fixed. A second lady approached and said $10 to remove. I explained again and the lady said that it's not their problem what happens after I leave the shop. I explained that I've been getting my nails done for many years on a regular basis and this is the first time I've had to come back because ALL of my fingernails had the same bubbling issue. She then told me to sit down and proceeded to take off the top coat only (filed) and as she held my fingers she left nail marks from holding so tight. I asked her to not dig her nails into my finger and she turned to the person beside her and proceeded to yell in Mandarin. She reapplied only the top coat (I had asked her to fully remove the polish and she had said no). The top coat was all over at least 4 of my fingers. I told her I can't leave like this and for her just to take it off. She said she will charge me $10 - I told her I am not going to pay for you to take off nail polish that is defective anyways. She started to yell at me in Mandarin (I do not speak Mandarin) and then she switched back to English and told me that it's not her problem and that I can leave or I can pay at get it done. Eventually, another lady came and offered to remove it for me free of charge. As she was removing it, she was getting talked to aggressively in Mandarin from the other lady. Overall, not professional, cheap materials and nail polish, the place inst the cleanest or the best. I would not go here again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere way better - Just a couple minutes away there is another place called Barbie Nails (on Queen St near Tannery). I've been there dozens of times and they are wonderful! Also, Coco on Britannia is very good!
