I just had my nails done 5 minutes ago. Service literally sucks!!!! I hate writing reviews but I feel very disrespected!! I went there and asked to get my shellac off with full manicure and paraffin wax, about 15 minutes after I started, regular customers came in and my technician literally left me sitting there and started with them, they even had the wax on before me. My technician knew that I wanted both colour and wax, she came after about 10 minutes and told me I am good to go ignoring me asking for wax or anything else. She even said regular colour takes long to dry!!!! Very disrespectful, totally not worth the money…

I had a manicure here last night with a friend and two daughters - I am very upset with the quality of MY manicure (my friend's and daughters were great which is why/how I know mine was terrible). My nail bed isn't completely painted (it literally looks like I've grown my nails for 2 weeks as the entire bottoms of my left hand are completely not covered), it appears as though the lady who did my nails forgot the shiny finish coat on my right thumb and a few other fingers. When I brought this up on my way out (as I was comparing with my friend's beautifully finished and shiny FULLY painted nails) the lady who did mine said it will be shiny once the finishing oil wipes off (NOT the case at all). An hour after getting these done the comment from my daughter was "it looks like you did your own nails at home" as there was paint around my fingers as well and some of the shellac was piled up against the side of my finger and therefore will easily hook onto something and pull off. This was NOT worth the money AT ALL - the lady I had maybe shouldn't be doing nails. It is frustrating that the quality is so variable between the workers and I wish I knew in advance as I would've way rather gone with one of the gals that did my friend's and daughter's nails (I have pictures) So sad as this was not cheap and now I have to find another salon to fix my nails. If you use this salon I'd recommend asking someone who to go to, someone who has been here before and is happy, otherwise you will feel very frustrated and angry and have to have your nails re-done....
