These ladies are awesome! My manicure and pedicure look great!

I have been once pre-pandemic with my mom who uses a walker. They were so accommodating and helped her get on the chair. My mom loved the shellac that she got. Today i revisited post-covid. They had all of the necessary precautions in place to make me feel safe. I got a pedicure and am extremely pleased with the work. My nails unfortunately have been sick with fungus for many years so it is a difficult job. Daisey who did my nails was extremely nice and spent extra time to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Queens Nails to anyone in the Dundas/Hamilton area.

Amy and Sam were amazing today as always! My daughter and I go here to get bio gel sets. My air brushed french manicure is always natural and beautiful and my daughter loves the clear nail with sparkly inclusions. We have gone here for the past 4 years and have always been happy with our manicures (we've tried the acrylic and, while it looks great and lasts long, the bio gel upgrade is worth the few extra dollars). The salon is always clean and the service is kind and professional. We have gone during the permitted times through COVID as well and have been very impressed with how Amy has ensured the salon can stay healthy and safe; she also can almost always accommodate our double appointment bookings at the times we need - even if we call last minute - every - single - time!! (Sorry Amy!) Looking forward to our next appointment! Happy 20th Business Anniversary!
