I got my nails done for my wedding, one has already popped off like it was a press on and have only had them on for a week. They were very rough on my cuticles, to the point where I was nicked several times between the cutters and the grinder. My nails were uneven and still had blobs of acrylic underneath, so we had to fix them at home. Was so looking forward to this because they came highly recommended by my sister in law. Definitely won’t be coming back.

The staff was hospitable and attentive to detail. They were efficient and I had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

I never EVER write reviews, but after my service today I felt obligated to do so. This place was absolutely disgusting, I have never in my 20 plus years of going to nail salons seen a salon in such poor condition. I watched the person doing my nails take an old file (not cleaned) and file away. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing behind their desks were being sanitized before being used on a new set of hands. How has the health unit not taken act on this? I also witnessed the lady next to me have her nails pried off with tips. That is NOT how a professional should be removing acrylic nails. They need to be SOAKED off. I was absolutely disgusted walking out of this place. The gentleman doing my nails was rude, everything about this experience was awful and my nails look like garbage.

Clean, professional and most of all friendly! Mary and Liem treat everyone like family! They do great work and I would not go anywhere else for my mani/pedi's or eyebrow waxing. Thank you Liem and Mary.

I love going to Mai Nails. Mary and Liem remember me, and my family and always ask how everyone is. They are always willing to try any extravagant nail art I bring in, even if it's hard & takes a couple tries. They are gentle when I bring my kids in for a mani pedi, and joke and play with them.
