Be warned that even though they are advertising walk in flu shots online and in signage - they DO NOT do walk ins. I went at 8am to see if I could get a walk-in before store got busy. It was extremely quiet - I may have been only customer there. I was advised no, absolutely not - only online and only if 2 pharmacists are working and only after 11am. I was advised of all the places in Brighton and even Trenton where I could go - but not here. Please take down the signage that promotes walk ins. I was advised they NEVER do walk-ins.

I’ve been a customer of this store since 2015. I understand what it’s like to be short staffed,, however clients should not be treated with disrespect,, unacceptable rudeness,, ( the worse I have ever experienced from a pharmacy assistant). I utilized their call in system which isn’t always reliable,, so I call it in. They didn’t answer their phone for two days, I drove to their store (Brighton) while the phone was still ringing. Stood in line with other seniors experiencing the same issue. When it was my turn,, I had the male pharmacist condescendingly assist,, rudely advised me I could use their automated system,, it wasn’t worth my energy to explain my problem with his suggestion. This is the worse pharmacy I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. The only plus for me are the hours,

This drug store never answer the phone. I have a weekly delivery for 5 years. It is getting worse rather than improving. I’ll be transferring my many drugs to an other pharmacy in Brighton. Disgusting.

Customer service at this place is simply unbearable. Today, came to terms that it is not worth ruining a day and affecting one's health filling prescription there . Surprisingly, the rudest among all is their professional pharmacist, this women should not be working with people & Health related environment . I do not blame the rest of the associates there, with lots of efforts one can get things done with others , they are at least not rude . There are still good pharmacies and good people around Brighton area, its just wise keeping away from this place. Its is urprising that they are stil open, they do not even take calls , front shop associates have to run over and tell them to pick up a phone. Never seen something like this before. Wishing them good health and much needed training.
