I have been going to Tiffany for many years now and thought it was probably time to let everyone know. I always book ahead, but you can do walk ins. I added pics of my Christmas nails this year - I took pictures of her great work from my last 2 visits. It’s, this is all free hand - no stickers. It doesn’t get any better folks - great location, safe store and great work. Thanks Tiffany for all you do. PS. I don’t ever have plain nails, designs can get very intricate or sometimes more simple.

I work in the mall and i did my nails there.. i like the stuff they are good and my nails was nice but they supposed to stay 2 weeks at least same thing, from day 6 my 3 nails are broken, i was so mad but i don’t have time to go there to do it again, i think the girls who did my nails she was new there.. but anyway I’m disappointed 🥺

I normally only post good reviews, this place was so unbelievably unprofessional. I came to have my dip nails removed and the lady started removing the dip powder nails by clipping them on the side and using a nail tip to get under the nail and pull it off. This was so painful, I got through 4 nails before requesting to stop and use acetone instead as that is what has been used before to remove my dip powder. She told me that it would take too long, but I told her that pulling off the dip powder is too painful. She then soaked my other hand in a bowl of acetone, when normally they soak coton balls and wrap them in tinfoil. She left that hand in the acetone for 5 minutes and took it out and started filing it down. I then paid 15$ and left. When I got to my car, I realized that the dip powder was still on my one hand and the other hand looked terrible. It was rough, uneven and no shaping was done to my original nail. When ever I had dip powder removed, they have always ensured that my nails look as good as they can and put a top coat on as well, this place did not. I went back to request a refund as I was very unhappy with the service given and they refused. Another worker there had said that "it is always painful removing dip powder", even though I have had dip powder removed many times, it has never been painful. They let me leave with only half of the dipping powder removed even though I paid for full removal and continued to say that "a service was performed and that's what I paid for" even though the service was done poorly and painfully. They removed the rest of the dip by sanding it down all the way to my original nail, which was also painful. I woukd honestly think twice before visiting this place.
