Horrible Like I make appointments because it’s takes them 3 hours to do something so easy but they just let people in who don’t make appointments then I have to wait longer past my appointment time!! What’s the point making an appointment if I’m gonna have to wait

Tony does the best shaped nails I've ever had.

Jul 3, 2021
SO UPSET. I asked them if they were able to do a flame design and showed a reference photo. they said they were able to and let me tell you, they were NOT. I cried for hours after getting these nails as they were so bad. The shaping was the absolute worst part. The nails would have been tolerable if it wasn’t for the shape. Every nail was facing a different direction, they were bumpy and lumpy and overall terrible, I couldn’t look at them without crying. After working up the courage to ask to get them removed the employee that took them off was shocked at the work that his colleague had done. I asked for a refund since I was leaving nailless, even a partial refund would have been fine, but he informed me that only the owner can give refunds and he doesn’t even know when she will be in, so now i’m out $70. Save your time and your money and go anywhere else. don’t worry, I attached a photo of the mess that were my nails. ps, i asked for coffin shape
