Was super friendly and welcoming as this was my first time here. Noticed right away how clean and nice to was. Got my toes done and they did such a good job, were super nice and funny and i love the colour. Overall, great experience would recommend!

On Tuesday I visited Nails For you to get a refill as I had a full bio gel set applied two weeks previously and they needed some TLC. When I went to pay the associate told me that I was going to be charged for a full set because I had 2 nails missing instead of one. First of all, what kind of logic is that? I had 80% of my nails still full of gel and 20% without...this absolutely does not qualify as a full set of nails. This policy isn't mentioned anywhere on their price list and if I knew I was going to be charged for the price of a full set when I only got a refill I would've chosen a different salon that would've compensated me properly. I tried explaining to the employee how I felt about it, however I was still dismissed. I've been too many different nail salons paying a range of prices for different things, the issue with this salon is they overcharged me, and I really hate being taken advantage of like that. I ended up paying $70 for a REFILL. The work was not worth $70. I am super disappointed with this experience, and I don't think I will be back ever again.
