Unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. I went in for a gel fill (standard nail polish) and was told it would be $30. After I did my nails it somehow came to $42 - I questioned the total - I had to pay $2 for the nail file (fair) and was charged $10 for reshape and nail removal??? No nails were removed and the shape was the same shape as when I came - I simply asked for shorter. I didn't bring enough cash as I expected a different total and ended up paying $47 (!!!) for a simple fill - that is ludacris! No shellac. Nothing fancy. I've been to tons of salons and never paid this much for a straight forward fill. Not to add - i have nicks all over my nails already. The only reason I didn't rate lower is because the nail technician was relatively nice however you need to let your clients know what you're charging them!

I wish I could rate this place higher, but I've always been terribly disappointed in every experience I've had here. My full set of acrylics were sloppily done, curving to the side and bumpy. One nail broke off within two days, and I had a terrible experience trying to get it fixed- waiting over an hour, after being told "just 20 minutes!". They're not very professional at times, and I've only found a couple staff members to be kind or friendly. I also don't understand the point of making appointments if they're almost never ready in time, and you end up waiting 20+ minutes.
