Staff was very pleasant. It was toward the end of the work day (I arrived one hour prior to close around 5:54 p.m. today November 11, 2021) so I didn't have to wait, which was great. I had a long and tiring so I was really looking forward to this visit. My nails were not cleaned. Neither beneath my feet it definitely was not scrubbed properly. Lol it does not feel smooth at all. You can tell from the picture. You can also see that the polish wasn't properly applied. You can even see the polish under my toe. I left my pants rolled up to my knees because I was expecting a nice oil down of my calf and feet. As you can see from the pictures, my feet look very thirsty. If I was not this tired I would have pointed it out because I definitely noticed it was not done properly. I got home took these pictures and sent to my mom who advised me to return and to point it out to them. He did do a great job at massaging my calf, the scent of the scrub was fabulous. Smelled like mangoes.
