This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Right from the start the 2 ladies doing my manicure and pedicure were incredibly rude. They literally made fun of my hands and feet and would not stop. They continued to talk to each other about this throughout my appointment. On top of this, the nail service itself was horrible. They were careless with their tools and hurt my hand multiple times. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They also are so pushy and try and force you to do whatever they want for color or style. This is not how a nail salon should be. I also asked for almond shape and she would only let me get coffin. What is the point of asking me if you are going to force your own opinion anyways? Everything felt rushed and incredibly unprofessional. The only reason they have any good reviews is because they give people 10% off for this. I will never be returning and would recommend everyone to stay far away.

A few things left me disappointed I had booked for two people and they didn’t even sit us next to each other. This should be called a express manicure they were in a rush the entire time, 4 cuticles ended up bleeding by the how fast and harsh they went. Less than a week later the shellac was chipping. I am convinced the only reason they have good google reviews is the sign for 10% off if they show a good google review on the way out.

I’ve been coming to this location for a year now and Elaine is great at getting me in. She always does an amazing job on my nails and meticulous attention to detail. Great service all around.

I’m so gutted. I came here to get my nails done and then the tech said she’d “clean up my eyebrows” for me and “fix them” and before she did anything I said I wanted them thick. And after the first one I knew she took much hair off, she said it’s following the shape of my eyebrow (?) and I’m left with barely any brow. I have 2003 brows and it sucks because I’ve been working for years to grow them out. Be careful don’t get your brows done here if you want something contemporary because the vibe is way off and I was crying when I got home lol. Devastated.

Got my shellac manicure done from here and I love it. They are quick and professional and do a really good job. Came back for a regular pedicure as well.
