There's a reason their Shellac M&P prices are dirt cheap... They rush you through in less than 20 minutes, your hands don't have enough time under the UV light for the polish to harden. They didn't even clean my nails after they were filed.. polish was put on top of dust. It's been 24 hours and I'm missing polish on 6/10 nails. Definitely not going back.

The most terrible manicure. I was in the salon for the bio gel refill (2 nails were broken). And I just made a manicure 1.5 weeks before I broke those two, and of course, I didn't want to pay for a complete refill of all my nails because it is impractical. The manicure specialist sawed off the top layer of my varnish and immediately (on the sawn dusty layer, without preparation) applied one layer of colour on a nasty and dusty surface. It is the ugliest manicure in my life. When it was time to pay for the services, I gave my credit card, and lady began to push on me to leave her tips, I said that I only have $20 in cash, all my money is on my debit/credit cards (they have a vast inscription "leave tips only in cash"). That woman told me to give her money and she will change it into smaller bills. It was so insistent that I was even confused. Advice to visitors :go around this salon by the tenth road. Advice to the owner of the salon: respect your customers, and pay a decent salary to your employees. Why Should I Pay HST Taxes and Tips for a bad service???

Despite the other reviews, I always have a great experience at beauty line with Mia! She’s very good with shape and shellac manis!

I walked in to remove my shellac and they asked me to wait. I waited for 5 minutes. They had another walk in that they took right away. I waited for another 10 minutes and then asked them when they'll help me. They told me to come back!! Had I not asked them, they would probably make me wait for a long time and not have the courtesy to tell me that when I walked in. Just because I wasn't getting my nails done and it wasn't making them profit, their service was ridiculous. Would not recommend!
