Marina was wonderful. Very detail oriented with my nails and gave me one of the best shellac I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend her

I got my haircut at Trade Secrets, and surprisingly I am very happy with it considering it was my first time at this place. My hairdresser Sarah was really sweet and gave me a really nice haircut. The staff was friendly and also suggested me some really good products for my hair. Overall It was a good experience and It is definitely my go-to salon now.

After my eyebrow wax, the lady cashing me out didn’t even look up OR speak while taking my money. No thank-you and no manners (but seemed quite chatty with the lady before me). Very unexpected as the employees at their other locations are great. Needless to say, if you can avoid this location, please do!

So I got the Olaplex treatment for 51 dollars, super disappointed. According to my communication with them over the phone, they would wash my hair and use the Olaplex salon exclusive treatment system. In my understanding, washing my hair requires shampooing, but it was not used (basically washed my hair using conditioner?). Then, they only have a small chair to sit on while your hair is being washed, which almost broke my neck (You can usually lie down or at least have cushioning behind your neck and lower back). While you are getting your treatment, there was no wrapping your hair and no heating to enhance the treatment whatsoever. Last thing, they only used two products: No.2 (Bond Perfector, should be used after No.1) and No.5 (the conditioner that I have at home).
