I LOVE X Nails!! Tiana, Julie and Anna are so lovely and always do an amazing job. I have been going to X Nails for months and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They always have time for you and are in a perfect location for the Liberty Village/ King West area.

I love the way the nail lady plucked my eyebrows and did my manicure/pedicure. The pedicure was especially satisfying. I forgot to ask for her name but I’ll be coming back again soon to find out.

A friend of mine told me about X-Nails and I would never go elsewhere. Tiana and the team do such an amazing job. Very accommodating and always efficient. Would and do recommend X-Nails to everyone!

Worst experience at a salon ever! The nails I got started popping off after literally 2 days. I tipped over 30%. I went back twice IN ONE WEEK to fix my nails, and second time the nail lady was slightly rude. Even then, because the nails were being fixed for free, I left a tip. Two of my nails popped off randomly the day after I got them fixed, and I called to complain and say this is ridiculous. They told me to come in at 4:30pm. I went in at 4:30 pm just for them to say they have appointments booked until 7:30pm and that I should've come in at 4:00. They didn't offer a refund, or anything to make up for this constant battle. Simple nails that are usually $50 anywhere else was $75. How did I pay $75 for nails that constantly pop off and for this type of service? NEVER going back to this salon. I gave multiple chances before leaving a review, but I am frustrated!

Horrible experience, stay far away. I’m catching a flight tonight and this was my only opportunity to get my nails done, now I have to go on vacation like this. I wanted a gel pedi, regular mani. She started my pedi, stopped half way cause she forgot I wanted to get my nails done. So I’m sitting barefoot in a cold salon while she’s doing my nails. After seeing the quality of my nails I refused to get my toes finished and she still charged me $30 for my toes. My toe nails are NOT filed, painted, or anything. Nails: got a fake pinky and middle finger nail, way too thick and was not capped My ring finger bubbled while I was there and she has to fix it twice, then the other hand bubbles and they did not fix it. The quality is horrible, the nail polish around the cuticle is not clean or even. She offered for me to come in next week AFTER my vacation to give me a free manicure but charged me $56 dollars for a half pedicure and ugly nails. I asked her to reduce the price because of what I mentioned above and she refused I got there at 12:45 and left at 3pm
