The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. the lady was in a hurry to do my nails because a customer came in to complain how her shellac already came off. She was very rough with my nails and cut me a couple times I asked her about the glue on my fingers and she said “oh don’t worry with water it will come off”… I wanted a natural look and this is what I got a chunky look instead. I had a picture in mind with what I wanted… I am so happy I didn’t show her because God knows how those would turn out. If I could give zero stars I would but I just wanted to get my word out there and my pictures and my experience so those that are planning to get their nails done …NEVER go to BN nails…. On top of that I personally do not think that this was worth $70

Super friendly service. Never disappointed with my manicures and pedicures. 💅

The women who did my toes was fantastic! Unfortunately her colleague kept taking his mask off and sat access from me on his break with mask was off. It made me very uncomfortable.

My nails are looking fab! Friendly technicians and the lady who was helping had her certification for Covid-19 procedures which was really nice to see. Clean place. However, they only accept cash. They have an ATM machine you can use there. It was a bit inconvenient as a customer as I had only brought my CC and had to be rescued by the hubby. I didn't think during Covid-19 we would be using cash at all. Most business practice this but I guess not all.
