I went once and will never go back. They're not gentle at all. For my hands I picked a colour from their samples and they didn't tell me they didn't have it. After she started she told me she was trying to "make" it like that, which was not even close. They told me my toes were dry and I was good to go, but once I got home I saw that they had been running while drying and so they were wrinkled. Their attitude isn't great either. I didn't bother going back to complain. However I won't be going back.

Made a last minute decision to get a mani pedi and was able to get a walk in appointment. Christine was friendly and professional, the salon was clean and the massage chair was so relaxing. I had a great experience.

Some of the staff is not the friendliest and a little bit pushy. Christina and Lily are great and very nice, but I haven't had the best experience. My shape has been off on various occasions and there's been some bumps in my nails. The wait times can be a little daunting too. But if you get Christina or Lily, they will do a fabulous job.

My friend and I came here together and both left extremely happy! The ladies here do an amazing detailed job. There are 3 types of shellac to choose from that are all FDA approved, and NOT imported from China! :) After a terrible experience at the nail salon in the Dollarama Plaza, I came here to have my nails fixed and left a very happy customer. Lily does an incredible job. All the staff are super friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Not impressed! This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I asked how much gel re-fil was on the phone and in person - they said $28. So as I was about to pay, I’m being told my price is $40...so I said, “you said it was $28?!” And the lady said “it’s $12 extra for shellac” ?!?! Then why don’t they tell me that in the beginning so I could have gone elsewhere?!! So deceiving! On top of that, 3 days later my nail broke so I went back, and I had to pay $5 for them to fix it (to fix their mistake!!). The other salon I go to don’t charge if your nail broke within a week after doing your nails. I asked to put in a new tip since I was paying anyways, and they said no need and just put gel over it again like the first time - so I assumed I wouldn’t be paying anymore, but as I leave I was asked to pay $5?!. So my nail is definitely going to break again as they didn’t solve the problem of it to begin with. Very pricey and deceiving. Customer service should be improved at this salon!
