The staff were very friendly. I brought in a picture and asked how much it would be. It was 45$ for a new set of acrylic nails with a snowflake design on two of my nails. He was patient throughout the process aswell. It turned out just like the picture. The place is very clean. It is awesome, I will be coming again.

Do not go here, they switch prices when you go to pay. I booked an appointment online for a nail art design (listed for $15). I just needed my current polish removed from my acrylics and wanted simple green tips for my wedding on Saturday. They charged me 45$!!!! I didn't even pay that much to get these acrylics the day before at another nail salon in London. She said it was because they used powder. I didn't ask for powder!!! I said multiple times i just wanted a nail color change. I said I didn't want it to last because i had to take it off for work in a week anyway. Awful! I paid and left pisssseed! Don't go here. I won't be back.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The girl rushed the whole time. She didn’t put any effort into it. She hurt me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted she said she could do it and absolutely butchered it. So bad. Do not go here. They are too burnt out and rushed to be the effort into you. They need to learn to spend more time with each client instead of rushing through everyone to get their money. Very disappointed

Paid $150 for pedicures for me and my 2 kids. Paid extra for shellac. Kids polish all came off within 2 days. Mine is already coming off too. We had to wait even though we made an appointment and it was very rushed. It was a waste of money, I would not return.

While the staff was friendly, my nails turned out awful. I had 5 acrylic nails missing from my hands and wanted to have some filled and the missing ones replaced. I told the woman doing my nails I had a few missing. She replaced only one nail and did not ask me about any length or anything. She continued on the other nails without replacing 4 of the missing ones. I assumed maybe she was going to put them on later? Nope. Four of my nails that were supposed to have acrylics on them did not. She painted them with not enough coats, and then moved onto another person. I was very confused and told another worker that I had no nails on the certain fingers. He was very confused, because how could you forget to put on 4 acrylic nails for someone who asked for acrylics? He looked at my nails and saw the very clear difference in length and shape because some were large and fake, and some were real and short. He took off the polish and made all the nails as short as my real ones, because I'm guessing he assumed I was talking about how I didn't like the fact that they were clearly different sizes. I didn't feel like waiting for another 40 minutes, so I didn't say anything. He re-painted them and the looked fine for the most part, though he did file one of my nails so hard the skin on the edge of it broke and I started bleeding. He was very apologetic and it didn't bother me too much. We paid and left. Around 2 days later, I noticed the paint chipping off of the nails and there were visible cracks in the polish on multiple fingers. Now, only 4 days later, one of the acrylic nails has fallen off. After only 4 days. It takes usually takes around 3 or more weeks for the other acrylics I've had to fall of, and I didn't pick at or damage the nail that fell of before in any way. Once again, lovely staff, but I regret paying for these nails only to be ruined days later.
