worst place to get nails

I requested a manicure, and they did not do that at all i was surprised when asked are you not doing this, they didn't respond or spoke their own language was very rude. They did not massage the hands after they never even filed or shaped my nails the way I wanted they just use the grinder to clean your cuticles and are very rough.

They hurt your nails

Went to salon yesterday and later went to see a doctor and was informed which I new grinded my nail bed very low . Nails hurt very bad.Be careful if getting shellac or bio gel there and they have to remove or accrilic and take off they will grind it badly to change . Be careful they will grind it .

Worst place ever and they hurt your nails

This place is the worst place to get nails very un hygienic as well , they have a counter behind with food staff are eating there in front of you, then walking to do your nails. I have gotten my nails done before by other places never had a problem but this place I came here and they grinded my nail I told them it was hurting the person continues and mumbled and started to speak there language then continued. Was very disrespectful. I told them again it hurt and continued I was not happy. I was not happy with the way they did my nails was not nice and wanted it fixed they got mad with me and continued to glare and mumbled to others walked away annoyed and then shouted back at me when confronted they had another worker start yelling at me . I felt embarrassed and disrespected. When I told them I was not talking to this other person I was talking to my person who did my nails they continued to yell and shout . My nails after the salon are very painful. Be careful .

Absolutely disgusted in the price jump! I went in for a solar fill! 40 dollars with 1 broken nail!!!!! I have paid 55 dollars on 3 different occasion having my nails filled with a design and today they tried to charge me 75 dollars! I wouldn't call what I had done a design and the length of my nails has been the same prior to all 3 visits! I will never be back and I advise you to double check the price prior to your visit. clearly they like to charge what they please and having a price list is pointless. They argued with me about the price finding every excuse to make the price seem viable! However they agreed to charge me 60 which is still un fair considering my prior visits since Christmas all being the same price with zero change to what was done with my nails today. Thank you for making my day so wonderful.

Very disappointing customs service. I was very much looking forward to my first mani/pedi in 3 years! Immediately, I was handed a plastic menu with no communication which was off putting to me. My technician did not speak English and the lady who translated seemed to not care less about my questions then they spoke between themselves making me feel they were being disrespectful to me (the customer paying $70!). The job was ok but absolutely no massage. A quick and I mean quick rub of one of my hands to put cream on top was all. I said no massage?? My pedi chair was horribly uncomfortable and I was trying to get help to recline it and turn terrible massage machine off but they just giggled!! I had to sit awkwardly and have a sore back this morning. I felt rushed the whole time. The woman who came and sat beside my tech during manicure sat very close coughing and whispering gossip to my tech. My tech would stop working on my nails to listen or respond as if I wasn’t even there!!! I eventually told them I am a Health Care worker and can I please have a mask, which I wore. I was told to pay mid way thru my manicure and left a good tip hoping that might help my experience but I was very much ignored and felt they just wanted to be finished for the day. (I arrived about 4:30). Cleaning garage cans and etc. While I sat there ignored. I had to ask to get my toes ready to leave. No proper respect for customer. I am a full time resident near this salon and was looking forward to a new salon. I won’t go back or refer this shop. Too bad too because at least it seemed clean.

I was there yesterday with my nieces bridal party…they were prepared when we got there…everyone was done very quickly and the work was fine…this is not my regular salon and I will not go back here because just like at my regular salon they know some people and they put more effort into the repeat clientele which I guess I understand but just don’t go expecting a super welcoming staff. My sister(mother of the bride) wanted a design on her French manicure and the guy said simple is better and did not do what she asked. She was really disappointed with that. I actually feel bad for her…but a regular customer was waiting for him and he prioritized the regular. This place was suggested by one of the bridesmaids so we all went…but I would say this place lacks customer service but they are fast in what they do!
