Wonderful caring people. Can't wait for it to reopen!

This was my first time at The Lilly Pad. I am from Windsor and was renting a cottage for the week. My experience today was wonderful and I will certainly return some day☺ The whole staff was so friendly..from the owner, to Denise (who did my manicure) and the receptionist. They offered coffee, water and my whole experience was very relaxing. Denise took her time and she paid much attention to every detail. She was very kind and friendly. All staff were so personable and quite funny. The atmosphere was beautiful, very clean and there were so many things to look at and purchase if you wanted to. And there were dragonfly decorations to look at, which for me was a very pleasant surprise, as I love dragonflies and the significance of them. Even my cup of coffee was offered in a beautiful coloured mug made by a local potter, and had a dragon fly designed on it. I would certainly go regularly if I lived closer..wish I did. But until next time, I remain grateful for my experience today and for meeting such kind people. Thanks for the memories. Monique
