Newly renovated, nice and clean, pretty fast, Andy does a really good job... The other main gal, not so much

Honestly terrible, go anywhere else. We went to get pedicures for my cousins wedding, walked in and they said 10 minute wait, they put is in the chairs (with no liners on the tub) and we sat there for about 45 minutes. We would have walked out but the wedding was 24 hours away and we didn’t have time. We asked the guy in the front how much longer and he put his finger up and said “shhh”, which was so rude. They drilled the gel polish off our toes and when we said should you soak those off she laughed and said well yeah. When she was cleaning my toes, she took the tool and slide it across my toe and legit cut me and said “oops”. I got a French tip, the didn’t even put any pink on it. The polish was all over our skin, we had to get in the car and pick it off. They didn’t cut our nails properly. She said the card machine was “broken” when we went to pay but then asked me like 3 times after that, card or cash. Obviously they wanted cash and she lied about the machine because if I said that I only had a card it would have worked. There are 20 more things but moral of the story, don’t go their and give them your business because they are terrible. They need to be shut down to be honest, I will never be back and would never recommend spending a dime there.

this was the worst set of nails i have ever received. i would truthfully give them zero stars if it was possible. there is paint all over my fingers and when i asked to get them cleaned up i got a shoulder shrug and pushed away to wash my hands. i have bubbles in my nails. they are crooked. they made rude comments. i hope nobody ever goes there. out of my group of 3 only one of us got a decent set. this place isn’t worth anyone’s time or money.

The customer service isn’t the best at all. The guy was rude. The guy likes to be rude and make smart comments to his customers. I mistakenly said the wrong nail color number and his comment was, “when you see that nail color take a picture for me because I’ve never seen that nail color before.” When I found the nail color he told me to go behind the desk and get it for him and he had another smart comment saying, “it’s seriously isn’t that hard of a task.” I’m being generous giving two stars but the lady who eventually did my nails was polite and deserves a better place to work than there. I won’t return and I recommend going somewhere else for you nails if you don’t want to be treated bad.
