Very happy with my third visit to Nail Bar Ottawa. Lots of colour options, lovely and professional staff, and a great experience.

This place is very cute inside and upon leaving, I actually loved the service and look of my nails (I got dip powder with extensions). However, the next day 2 broke while I was changing. The following day two more broke. At first I wasn't going to get them fixed as it's a 30 minute drive from my home but because I was so bothered, I did. I got them fixed at no charge. I thought it was a one off with them breaking but turns out 3 additional nails broke, breaking my real nail along with it which is extremely painful and two nails chipped. I will 100% not be returning. My appointment wasn't even three weeks ago.

The staff was lovely, super friendly and clean environment. However; I'm disappointed in the quality and the aftermath customer service. I received a dip nails application that chipped in 2 days (on 3 nails and a huge chunk on 1 nail). I reached out to nail bar with pictures to have it repaired and recieved no response. I would have thought that for a higher quality nail salon (and a very steep price) they'd at least acknowledge me. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this salon, I expected better and won't be returning. I honestly feel like it was the biggest waste of money and am really sad for that because I wanted to support business that weren't getting as much traffic these days. I've had to book at another salon to get it fixed, which is such a shame.

I love this place. It's really calm and soothing. Their technicians are great and I really enjoy having a chat with them. Everyone is super nice and the place is cute. What I removed a star for is the fact that there isn't much parking during the week as it's in the core of downtown. That can ultimately make you late for your appointment if your driving around for a good 5-10 minutes.
