Great Service as always

Amazing atmosphere and the staff has impeccable customer service. Definitely will refer to friends and family and definitely using them again. Highly recommend! I've been to too many salons to know a good one when I see one. Thanks ladies!

Bring your own nail clippers Very disappointed with the service. This nail salon “pedi n nails” or “Lux nails” (had the same location for 2 different places on the site) was far from relaxing. However, the nails did turn out okay and they were quick. My first bad encounter was when I showed up for my appointment to get my nails redone, they said they were going to charge me additional fees to get my old polish off. The polish was very outgrown and hardly even there to charge that much for. I told them I would have rather them have told me on the phone, when I called, that they charged because then I would’ve went somewhere different. I have never been to a place who charges money to take old polish off when getting a new colour on. I decided to stay because I went out of the way to go to this place. As I was picking a colour, I asked my friend which colour I should do and one of the lady’s interrupted by accusing me of not knowing who I was if I didn’t know what colour I wanted... I replied “I like every colour so that must mean I’m very lost huh,” and she rolled her eyes. Throughout my experience the lady kept tugging my arm and being very aggressive. She was clearly very angry and kept talking in a different language to her co-working saying “shellac” which I was getting. When she picked up the nail file I asked if she would mind cutting them shorter, and she told me I would get an additional charge for that. I have never been to any salon that charges someone for something so small. They overcharge here for nothing! I hope someone recognizes this because the treatment and experience was not okay, and should not be tolerated.
