After having one girl draw blood while doing my nails, and the wrong shape and sloppy colour I went back to get it fixed. While one girl roughly took off the shellac the girl who did it the first time stood their talking in a different language I can only assume about me. The girl supposed to fix my nails gave me HUGE attitude like I was the problem and squoval isn't a shape. I have gone their with my daughter numerous time and its always at least $250 plus tips. If that isn't enough to garner some respect and get a good job done.... I will find someplace else. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The nails looked great but the price was originally 55$ +5 according to their website but then in store they told me it was +10 for french tip, but then they added +5 for cleaning my cuticles, then charged me extras up and didn’t ask first before putting on the shellac and charged me for it without telling me. When i went to go pay i said 85$ and i knew it wasn’t right so i told the lady and she said she’ll give me a discount so she took off 5$ and was going to charge me 80$ but then when i go to pay it says 90$ The nails look great but they charged me so much more than the actual price (65$) and i ended up paying (90$) that’s so unprofessional, wouldn’t go back there

Went for a gel fill I was a walk in they told me to come back in 25 min. Which is fine but then I still waited another 20 min for my appointment. The girl doing my nails was rushing and had her drill way to high kept on burning me and blaming it on old fills. But she was rushing like crazy. Usually it takes twice as long to take off the shellac end remove lifts. There was one broken nail and she was using her drill on 12 for that nail and when I complained she was hurting me , at which point I almost left, she said it was because my nail was thin. Well no way when your using your drill on high speed on a natural nail. More expensive than other places and rushed and hurt my nail bed or the sides of my skin multiple times. Will not be coming back. Ana’s nails at Islington and bloor is far superior. They take their time and do everything properly. I very much regret coming here.

DO NOT COME HERE! Came to this nail salon this morning and for the first time, was extremely disappointed. Though, it may be a standard practice to charge extra for french manicure they did not make that clear to me prior to the service. Every time i come here and get the same service the price fluctuates and they make it very easy to rip you off by not displaying any prices in their salon. They charged me EXTRA because i chose to do a beige colour on my tips instead on white!!! in my opinion, the only extra charge should come from the french manicure technique, not for choosing another colour other than white. Just so you know this was not brought to my attention until i went to pay and asked if i had just chosen white would i have not had to pay extra and she said YES. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, they took off my grandmother's regular nail polish on a couple fingers which took all of 10 seconds and also decided to charge extra for that. To add, she also did not know of this extra charge until she went to pay. Im surprised they dont charge you an extra $10 for opening the door for you. Lady did my nails TERRIBLY, which of course is the outcome when she was rushing. It looks like my nails have already grown out as she did not refill right to the cuticle. They are lumpy and all tips are different thicknesses!!
