Came into the salon for the first time for an appointment with my partner. Lots of warm greetings from the owner and prompt service. It was rather busy but the owner organized clients so that me and my partner could sit together, which was very sweet of her. I didn't catch our technicians' names but they were diligent and attentive. Lots of nice small-talk. I didn't get any colour on my nails, but they came out looking great! My only regret is not tipping enough. Everyone at Spring Nails is great and I highly encourage you to make a visit.

Decided to try a new place and a new nail design. They were very nice and open to suggestions, detail oriented. A bit of miscommunication when booking a time for the appointment. Other than that, of you like some good quality simplistic nails -great price and great people.

They were polite. Took their time with my nails and listened to what I wanted. Only negative is the constant attempt at upselling. I know this is the business but it gets uncomfortable if you really can't add a pedicure or a wax due to time or money or whatever the reason. Being asked more then twice is too much in my opinion. I'm updating my review because the service is not consistent. Limited in designs and bumpy finished nails...I also went to get waxed and ended up with bruises from the lady tweezing my leg hairs.

First time at this nail salon and Van was my nail technician. She is beyond phenomenal!!! She was so courteous and took the time to do both my manicure and pedicure. I got a UV gel overlay with french tip on my natural nails and white shellac polish on my toes. She was so patient and her attention to detail was amazing!! The owner was so sweet as well! I came in sweating buckets since it was extremely hot outside and she immediately got a fan and put it right beside my seat! lol!! So cute. I will definitely be back for my fill! Highly recommended!!!!

I like this place but I had splurged on the dip manicure which I was told lasts 5 weeks. It lasted barely 1.5 weeks when 3 of my nails popped off. Not sure if it was too thick or done too quickly. Disappointing. Even a regular manicure lasted longer 😣
