I've been a customer at this salon since 2004 and received many procedures, including mani's, pedi's and eyebrow waxing. Unfortunately, the last few times I got a pedicure they were far too aggressive, ripping chunks of skin from under my toenails and, on one occasion, resulting in me having an open cut and getting an infection while on vacation. One girl wouldn't stop digging, even when I screamed out in front of everyone at the salon (very embarrassing). When the last lockdown lifted, I went with two friends for mani's. I paid full price for us to get gel's, but they did not bother doing the manicure portion and just shaved off our cuticles with the nail drill. Very disappointing that I have had to move on and find a new nail spot.

The lady's at this spa are phenomenal, and make you feel and look amazing. Stopped in on my way to a friends birthday for a full set of biogel nails, went back 2 weeks later, for a colour change and pedi, great experience and results every time. Prices are some of the best in the city, I highly recommend checking this place out.

I have been coming to this nail salon since it open and still continue to come here. They make you feel very welcome and everything is all about the customer service. All prices are very reasonable/great for all services and products offered. Love the fact that they are very clean. Wouldn't recommend another place, this is the place to get all nail services done at!
