I went in for a gel manicure and had two different people work on me. The first did not speak a word of English. She proceeded to cut my long nails off, so short I couldn't even itch my skin. She sent me to another tech who I believe was the owner. He applied finished up the gel manicure. He was doing it so fast, hurt my skin and they turned out looking like thick squares. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. It was not busy at all so it's not like he had to hurry to get another customer done. Will never go back.

My daughter and I went in there to have simple pedicures done. The water because was not warm enough. I wanted callous removal with what I call the "cheese grader". I like to see all of the dead skin come off on that tool. They did not have the correct tool so my feet were just as rough walking out as they were walking in. The staff was very professional and polite. There was very little leg and foot rubbing and by the time we got home our polish had already chipped. Might have just been an off day.
