I will be learning to do my own eyebrows after this visit. She rushed through and now I look crazy. I'm never going back here again!

I will admit that things feel a bit rushed in this establishment, however, no one in the world can wax my brows like her! I live half an hour away and have been going to her faithfully for over 6 years. However, I would not recommend this spot for mani/pedi; I prefer the professionalism and quality over at QP Nails on Transit.

Didn't want to be rude while there and begrudgingly paid for my service...however....Worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten. It was rushed, the entire business looked dirty, rundown and unprofessional, the tools and nail polishes were dusty and old. My nails in the end weren't filed evenly, the nail polish was so sloppily painted & all over my skin, and I ended up filing and repainting them myself as soon as I got home. Worst $35 I've ever spent and I left very upset...

wish i looked at the reviews before i stopped in for acrylics. Male employee does not know how to do acrylics let alone communicate with customers. I complained multiple times throughout the process. the first tip he glued on was obviously sideways, yet when i asked him to redo it he said no and just kept trying to glue it on sideways. He kept accidently hitting my skin with the sander and did not apologize save the first time. When he applied the hardening top layer, he let it dry all around my nails and did not remove the layer that had collected under the nail, which anyone who has gotten acrylics before knows they always scrape it off immediately or sand it off at the end. When he did not even sand the other side off when i was sent to the drying machine, i asked the only other employee to remove the underside. she took a 2 minute stab at sanding it off and i saw no change. After another return to the table, i gave up and payed and left. do not come here for acrylics, and judging by the quality of this service, i do not recommend manicures either.
