Dirty dirty place! I asked if the water was clean before putting my feet in i was told yes. Well it wasn't, there were toe nails and dead skin floating around in it. They don't listen to anything you want. I got acrylics done and they look terrible. The bathroom was overflowing, we had an appointment and they kept taking walk-ins. Our appointment was for 6pm we were there till 845. Don't go here I'm going to be calling the health department.

Bad communication. The shop is dirty. As I was sitting getting my nails done I noticed that things were disgustingly filthy. Nancy rushed too much. Terrible job with the nail polish job. I do not find the place to be sanitary. Hmmmmm, I wonder if the board of health should be notified.

From my personal experiences, I found New York Nails & Spa to be amazing. I have known the staff for years since they had their previous nail salon in Newmarket called Diamond Nails until they moved up to Keswick to New York Nails a few years ago. They do a lovely job of servicing people and I have not experienced any of the things that Mel said for all the time I have been going to them. I think she is a hater but hey everyone has haters and haters are going to hate. I just wanted to say that New York Nails & Spa is a fabulous place and I bring my friends & family there all the time. So if your ever close I would strongly suggest that you go in and try one of their services. I think they do the best pedicures in town!

DO NOT GO HERE, THERE WAS A PIECE OF LASAGNA SITTING ON THE FLOOR AT THE FRONT DOOR. My toe nail was buffed so much that it was paper thin then BROKE and BLED. When I simply asked for my money back I was SCREAMED at by the owner in the MIDDLE of the salon in front of 5 other customers currently having their nails done. I paid $34.77 for a broken and bleeding toe that I cannot wear SHOES NOW, and she WOULD NOT give me my money back. My friend's purse was completely soaked by some sort of leak in the salon as is was no where near any water, ruining a pager that was sitting in the bottom of the bag. When the owner was told, all she did was hand over a towel.

Get ready to spend hours getting your nails done here, as the staff take phone calls and leave you sitting while they chat. As well they bounce between clients making a pedicure take twice a long! The staff is down right rude and have zero customer service. Save your money and avoid getting an attitude and take your business elsewhere!
