I went in to get my nails fixed for my birthday... I showed them a picture of the type of design I wanted. I said the colours can be different. What i wanted was one light nail one sparkle and 3 solid. I was told no photos pick a colour. The owner said my nail tech was going to do and I end up with nothing like my picture and the tech lied about fixing one nail as none of my nails were broken from 2 weeks ago... I won't be going back

Good work but took lot of time

Terrible experience. I booked an appointment the day before going to a bridal shower, arrived on time but ended up waiting 30 minutes before I was serviced. I wanted a straightforward manicure and pedicure. The manicurist nipped along the side of my toenails too deep causing me pain and bleeding to my otherwise healthy feet. When I was done there was dried blood all over my newly polished toe nail on both feet. The next morning now both my toe nails are in pain and inflamed and I can't wear any nice sandals to the bridal shower. I am so upset because I've never experienced this anytime I've ever gotten a mani pedi and no one else in the salon were bleeding all over their towels and can't understand why she would even do this to me. Now I will need to book an appointment with a chirppodist to fix this mess!

The owner Lee was awesome. Gave me a pedicure and bio gel nails and did a great job. She really took her time and added a few extras including a great massage! Will be back!
