I went in as a walk in, I was happy they were able to take me. When she was doing my pedicure she cut my big toe too short and up the side. She made me bleed, and didn't even apologize. Its now red and sore, I'm hoping it doesn't get infected. Then when I told her what I wanted for my shellac manicure she didn't do what I requested. Now its day 2 and the shellac on my thumb nail is already peeling and my toe is still sore.I wouldn't recommend this place. It was a waste of money.

Extremely unprofessional rude staff members who seem to hate customers. I’ve been physically hurt twice here when I got nicked by a tool because he was very being carless and another time got an infection. When they are done with your hands they literally throw them off their work area. I can’t believe they are still in business.

This nail place is very good. They are professional, quick and provide great great service. I have two elderly parents and take them to Nancy Nail Spa for their nails to be done. They are prepared and take us right at the arranged time. The place is very clean. I can't say enough good things about this nail place. If you want professional service at a clean well run nail spa, please consider going to Nancy Nail Spa.

Always friendly, happy to serve. Shellac always lasts, they do their best. Been going there for many years.

Decent job, clean shop. I had acrylics done. Was the staff friendly? No. Do I care? Also no. I'm paying for a service and don't expect people to kowtow to me as a customer. The work was worth the price and I would recommend this shop for inexpensive service.
