went in for a fill and pedicure out of convenience as i was already in the mall, woman injured me, was aggressive and rough, and over charged me, not to mention this is the worst acrylic job i’ve ever seen in my life, every nail is a different shape, ruined the set I came in with. complained on my way out.

Excellent services provided by Helen. She is an absolutely wonderful Aesthetician. Each time I visit Liv Nail Bliss, I am very pleased with the services offered, and the prices are reasonable. This place is a hidden gem, and it is spotlessly clean too! Each one of the staff are hardworking. I appreciate the quality of their care and attention. Thank you so much Helen! I will be back to visit again soon!

I’ve been a customer of Leslie for a long time. I get biogel nails done. She always does a great job! She’s efficient and consistent. I recommend her services.

I am so disappointed with my experience at this nail salon - LIV Nail Bliss, located inside Oakville Place. Before the lady began doing my nails, I asked for BIO GEL. As the lady put the bio gel on, she forgot to place it in the sides/corners of my nails, and when I told her, she ignored me at first, then acted as if I was being picky. No. I was stating something valid. Next, the lady followed steps of filing down the bio gel BUT she filed it down SO much, that my natural nails were visible again. She had FILED OFF ALL OF THE BIO GEL. I told her four (4) times before she acknowledged what I was saying, that there is NO MORE bio gel on my nails. I could FEEL and SEE my natural nails. She first gave me the excuse that my nails were very thin, which made NO SENSE because regardless of what my natural nails were like, the bio gel is supposed to add a layer to my nails. The next excuse she told me, was that SHE wants my nails to look natural, as this is what their salon stands by, apparently. It took me five (5) times to explain to them that regardless of how THEY normally do nails, I am ASKING them to do them how I want them. I told them based on how they do my nails, would determine whether I come back or not, but that didn’t seem to phase them. I asked the lady three (3) times if she was going to put more bio gel on my nails, as she had filed it all off, and she confidently and bluntly said “no.” She told me the gel nail polish will make up for the thickness. It did NOT. At the end of my appointment, I tried to ask one more time for more bio gel. The lady doing my nails involved another worker, and that person said yes they will add more bio gel for me. That layer of bio gel was placed SO thinly, I may as well not have gotten any bio gel to begin with. Although the colour looked nice, it is not enough for me to return to this location.

I went here last Sunday only coz I saw they have eyebrow waxing & other places are still closed or fully booked. Waxing went fine. But when I came out to pay, their poster said $12 for eyebrow waxing, they charged me $16 (plus $2 tip) all in cash. As I was walking away, it dawned on me how expensive that was ($18 in total) & came back to ask for receipt so I can see the breakdown. Lady asked me why, I said coz on their list of service it said $12 but I was charged $16, she said coz of taxes—I’m like it can’t be $4 tax for $12, she said it’s coz there’s a sign saying there’s an additional $2.50 for covid clean-up. BS.
