Let me start off by saying it's a Very Clean place makes you feel good. Staff is nice. The first time I went in I walked in only one other customer there so I sat down did my nails. I was in and out quickly which is what I like... my nails they were done fine. ( But Im not a picky person I don't really care as long as they are shaped nice) . Now on to my second experience there... I walked in sat afternoon about 130pm all 3 ppl that work there were busy. The lady said I'll be 20 min if you want to wait I said Okay. I sat down and waited for 45 Minutes... Not Happy about that at all they are under staffed. I ended up getting the same lady as my first visit. She did do a really good job on both my hands and feet. Super happy with it. I guess next time I'll have to book an appointment.

It was a long shot because it's over the Easter weekend and usually salons are really booked up for their family gatherings, but the staff and head lady there was very accommodating and understanding to my situation. It was the first time for me to get a service done but a lot of my friends recommended me to come here because of how fun and open minded the ladies and staff were. I came in with no expectations and left with an amazing new experience. It's sooooo clean and sparkly here, and everyone is so efficient in everything they do. I really owe the ladies here, thank you so much!!

Lady in charge is quite unreasonable and refuses to listen to her customers. She raises prices at will when she feels like it. She charges taxes on gift certificates which no other place does. This is dishonest. There are nail salons pretty much on every corner...cheaper, honest, and better service. It’s time to go elsewhere and not let people get away with this.

Very helpful to my elderly mother. They treat her with respect and are kind. Also gave me a fantastic mani/pedi.

This spa is very under staffed and does not take walk-ins. After waiting for one hour and fifteen minutes for manicure, I was told that I could not be served. The owner claimed to have told me she couldn't serve me, but let me sit there for over an hour. Extremely unprofessional and unaccomodating. I believe it is under new ownership as this never happened in the past.
