I liked this place initially because it’s clean and pretty; however, the quality is just not there. My shellac started chipping two days after I got it done. I called Buff and went back to redo the three affected nails. She charged me $10 to fix them. The owner told me it’s normal for shellac to chip. I just had shellac done at another salon, and not one chip for two weeks. I didn’t bother fighting her on the charge, because I won’t be back. Now two fingers on the other hand are chipping and peeling…and it hasn’t even been a week. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Such a relaxing time, quiet too. It's not your typical nail salon.

Overbooked customers without enough employees, girls worked quickly and switched between customers constantly, which led to a lot of mistakes. While cleaning the cuticles for a manicure, they made all of my nail beds bleed for every single nail. Although I didn't feel it at the time, I went home with my cuticles swollen and in pain from bleeding, leaving me to worry about a possible infection. Would not return or recommend.

Good service and clean. Nice welcoming decor. Staff is very hard working and aims to please. Only down side I find the clientèle to be rather snobby and feel like they treat these nice ladies like their servants. Try avoid busy times.

An absolutely amazing salon. The girl doing my nails was so lovely and made sure each nail was perfect. All the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs.
