I've been going to this Nail salon for a very time now! My self and also my family have been going for years now. The ladies are great and do a good job on your nails but the lack of customer service is terrible by the owner....... The last time i went in for my appointment i got a fill and eyebrows done and paid like any other time. The next day i get a phone call at my house and also my mothers phone from the owner who's been calling around looking for me. She told me she apparently she gave me extra change back from when i paid for my nails as i left. She also kept saying she has me on camera and just noticed she give me extra change back. She also asked me to come back and give the extra change she has given to me back? and kept going on about it. She claims it was $5 extra. My point is this is very unprofessional, I get mistakes happen but i did my job as a customer to pay for my service and not to have someone hunting me down for $5 from her personal mistake that she has done and was not my fault what's so ever. It's so disappointing for how a person can go so far and also is not nice at all because if this could of happen to another customer how would she get into contact with them and hunt the person down as well. Yes I've been a regular probably like anyone else but why point me out on it? or make me different.

My girls and I have been going to Ist choice nails and spa for quit a while. Everyone out there has their own opinion and experience. I have my own opinion and experience . At the beginning while going there all good but once the owners Trang and Oanh and Employee Linda do not like something you tell them nicely , or something happens they do not like you do not exdist no longer as tbeir customer to them. They tell each other everthing . They all do not treat you as a customer the whole place the owners and few employees. 1 ) The time after these couple things happened I went in to do my nails. They all ignored me the whole time from when I walked in til I left. They did not say hi when I walked in , did not look at me just ignored me the whole time. Awkward. I was suppose to get Trang or Oanh to do my nails and they did not had another employee do my nails. Not professional at all. 2 ) After my daughter did her nails she paid for every thing. Linda employee called next day looking for my daughter. I said why? Linda said she gave more then she was suppose to give for change back that she was suppose to. Not for anything but Linda made mistake that is not .my daughter problem. Not professional. 3 ) I lost my gift card. I went there to tell them and thimking they had it logged in proof of customers with gift cards. Ladies be careful write down number down when you get a gift card they do not have any info on the gift cards they do not keep track with customers names only the number on the card. I lost out. They gained the money. They did not care when I told them I lost the gift card. They actually looked happy 4 ) When your there to do your nails all they do is speak their language to each other. That is rude and not professional. I will not go back there again . I brought them other customers also. I do not recommend 1 st choice nails and spa to others
