Don't recommend went to get acrylic French tip (v tip) and a pedicure with just white polish. Pricing I looked at on the board and what I was told over the phone was $60 I then go to cash out and she tells me $120... like what!? I guess the lady put shellac on my toe nails which I never once asked for I just said white polish and I wanted v shaped French tip, which I thought would just be regular French tip. Nope. She suggested doing dip powder so I'm like ok whatever, she never once told me about an up charge and then they charged me for the v tip as a design!?!?!! They had oil all over my hands so once I got home I then realized my nails weren't even nice the French tip isn't even fully white, there's see through spots, my nails are crooked. Definitely won't be going back. Just got forced to spend $100 I didn't have!!!!!!

I mixed up the date for a different appointment and had some time to kill so I called a couple of places to try and get a pedicure first thing in the morning. They answered the phone right away, and got me in quickly. I came in and it was already busy, but I could tell they were following proper enhanced health and safety protocols. The staff was pleasant and thorough. One thing that stood out was that no one seemed rushed to finish. Everyone was taking their time and it was a really peaceful and relaxing environment. I will absolutely be coming here again.

Just a customer service recommendation as I will not personally be back but that doesn't mean you can't learn from this situation...when a person comes in because their nails have not lasted two weeks and have broken off and chipped horribly (not the first time), it would be a good idea to offer to fix them. This was not offered. I'm am very understanding as I am usually on the other side of the service industry desk, so hopefully this bit of feed back will help with your customer care.

This place has improved 100% over last year. My pedicure was very well done by a pleasant young lady. I was not rushed at all. Good Job!!

3 nails broken within two weeks. I don't even feel them break because they are so thin from being sanded down to much. The gel they use isn't very good. I've gone and had 2 fixed at my usual place and just had another break. More expensive then my usual place but don't last long enough for it to be worth the extra money. The guy also up and left half way through the endless sanding and someone else finished my nails.
