I can’t thank Chi and her team enough! I had my nails done before going on holiday to London and within 5 days 5 nails had chipped! I walked into Chi’s shop without an appointment and displayed my broken nails! They took care of it right away. They were so nice and generous! They fixed the broken nails and put an extra layer of protection on the rest of the nails. Amazing customer service! Wish I lived here so I could always go to them! I truly can’t thank them enough for their time and generosity. One of the best nail experiences I have ever had!

The most talented nail artists i’ve seen! Well worth the money as the attention to detail really pays out with how long they last. Literally any design you show Chi can do it. Couldn’t recommend more!

Nice nails but lacks a friendly or welcoming environment. Customer service is non existent. They don't want to discuss colours or ideas or tell you what would look nice. They also talk in their own language amongst each other whilst the people having their nails done just sit in silence which I find quite rude. Given the amount they charge I expected more and I won't be returning.

Chi is amazing! They are super friendly and very accommodating I brought my 3 month old baby and he started getting fussy chi let the team carry him the entire time which made it feel amazing! They have never disappointed!

This place is amazing!! They were very thorough and made sure I was satisfied with what they were doing the whole way though. Lisa and Zuri were the best. Definitely coming back here every time I’m in London :)
